• Pick-To-Light Controller PVC

    The industry-suited, central control unit, PickVisionController, was developed for large and extensive picking systems. The PickVisionController is the connection between the PickVisionHost or the customer PC and the individual Pick to Light components.

    The PickVisionController can be used to activate and manage up to 250 system components in a line practically in real time. Communication occurs via the PickVisionServer software; parameterisation by means of the PickVisionManager. Many optional direct connections, such as an LED display, are possible.

    • Switch outputs for controlling peripheral devices
      (e.g. lights, signal generators, etc.)
    • Switch inputs for peripheral devices (e.g. buzzer activation for starting or stopping an order)
    • „Signal tone“ loud speaker output when starting orcompleting an order
    • PSI 1x10-60 R and PSI 1x10-60 R-2 LED display

    Pick-To-Light MiniController PMC

    The PMC PickVision™ mini controller is the compact solution for the central control unit of the line. The PMC is the connection between the PickVisionHost or the customer PC and the individual Pick to Light components. The PickVision™ mini controller can be used to activate and manage up to 250 system components in a line practically in real time. Communication occurs via the PickVisionServer software; parameterisation by means of the PickVisionManager.

    The mini controller is attached directly next to the picking displays in the profile rail. The PMC system component features simple assembly and servicing and does not have error-prone spring contacts in the connections.
